This year, our commitment to innovation and sustainability reaches new heights with the launch of an entirely new range of reefer containers that can easily be placed alongside our flagship collection. This new range, called ArcticStore Horizon, is the most environmentally friendly portable reefer solution ever created.

Available for rental in 40-foot sizes, ArcticStore Horizon containers are equipped with:

• Advanced Vacuum Insulation Panels (VIP) that maintain low temperatures; as a result, Horizon collection containers use up to 30% less electricity;
• Environmentally friendly refrigerants that reduce the GWP (Global Warming Potential) from over 2000 to less than 1;
• Solar panels on the container roof to further offset energy consumption – typically by 25%, or even more in some locations;
• Water-based paints that eliminate the need for harmful oil-based alternatives.
